Santhosh Krishna Chandrabalan is a global growth executive with more than a decade of experience building and scaling multi-billion- dollar businesses across multiple industries. As Executive Vice President, Strategic Growth, he leads strategy, market expansion, and differentiated go-to-market strategies to drive sustained hyper growth.
Santhosh has led large, complex P&Ls; launched and scaled high-growth technology and SaaS businesses; transformed global commercial models; and created new categories through organic innovation and strategic M&A. He is recognized for translating breakthrough technologies into scalable, market-leading platforms.
Most recently, Santhosh served as Vice President and General Manager at Cornerstone Building Brands. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at 3M and GE, where he led global innovation, ventures, and new business creation initiatives.
He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, along with advanced degrees in engineering and engineering management.
