Bob Starr has over 25 years of human resources and business experience in medical device companies, including imaging, radiotherapy, sleep medicine and dental. Prior to joining ZAP, Bob was Vice-President, Human Resources and Administration for MicroDental Laboratories and ProSomnus Sleep Technologies, where he was responsible for HR, Facilities, Risk Management, and Legal.
Prior to that, he was Vice-President of Human Resources and Administration for ADAC Laboratories, a provider of diagnostic imaging and radiation therapy planning products, and recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 1996.
Bob received his BS in Social Sciences from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA, with a Minor in Human Resources.
