As Executive VP, Global Sales and Marketing at ZAP, Richard Rosene brings more than 40 years of experience in growing the clinical business units for leading cancer centers and academic institutions worldwide.
Mr. Rosene’s extensive background in Diagnostic Imaging and Radiation Sales has provided direction to global healthcare companies ranging from J&J Technicare, Hologic, Hitachi Medical Systems America, and Varian, where he established and managed distribution throughout China and SE Asia. To ZAP, Mr. Rosene leverages his expert track record in early and late-stage company sales, sales expansion and management. Himself an owner of healthcare centers, Mr. Rosene has also initiated multiple startup healthcare ventures with IntraOp, Supersonic Imagine, MicroMRI, VuCOMP, and Aurora Medical Systems.
Mr. Rosene’s relationship with founder John R. Adler, Jr., MD runs deep. After helping Dr. Adler launch early sales and marketing for the groundbreaking CyberKnife® Radiosurgery System for Accuray, the two men rejoined at ZAP with a common goal: to provide effective access to more than two million brain tumor patients worldwide who are potential candidates for stereotactic radiosurgery.
