Mohan spent his career developing new technologies in the medical robotics area. He spent the first 10 years of his career at Accuray developing CyberKnife from the concept stage to commercial success. Later he founded Restoration Robotics where he developed the ARTAS system that performs hair transplantation using robotics and vision. Following his back-to-school at MIT for one year as a Sloan Fellow, he joined John Adler, MD to start ZAP Surgical.
